CTC for fresh Graduates differs greatly from Institutions to Institutions. It also varies from year to year. You can expect CTC of about 4-5 lakhs.

Yes, you are eligible to apply but much cannot be said about admissions since NTU is very selective and your grades are not too great. Please read here about the requirements:
