You can get admission in MBA colleges but you will have to work really hard from now on for the selection process. See as far as getting a job is concerned your performance in the interview is all that matters the most.

While the option to pursue a single sitting graduation is available in our country today, however, it is not as yet widely accepted. Some organizations and certain post graduate programmes (like MBA) do not recognize the 1 year graduation. Therefore do consider your future career goals before opting for this option.

Hi Nishant, you cannot apply to German university after 12th. They require 13 years education. I will advice you to first check directly with the universities or DAAD officials for acceptance of NIOS qualification and then enroll into a Bachelor degree programme, complete the 1st year with good grades before applying to a German university.
