You have to pursue graduation and after that only B.Ed is possible but it is not necessary to pursue the same from a reputed college. Any college is good if it is recognised by UGC.

Although, it is good to be an IT qualified before seeking admission in MBA IT but most of the B-Schools allow all discipline graduates for this course. You are eligible to seek admission in MBA IT as a mechanical engineer. After MBA IT, you are eligible for presales support, marketing, account management and business analyst roles only in IT & ITES companies.

A few years back, girls were not preferred for shop floor jobs in manufacturing sector. But this gender bias is reducing and in fact, some companies prefer diversity in shop floor management. There is no demerit in doing BE in mechanical engineering.
