Hi,
Your graduation is altogether a different parameter and it has no direct relation with SSC examination. SSC-CGL is a competitive examination based on 4 sections: aptitude, reasoning, general awareness, and English. Among these sections, English and quantitative aptitude are of prime importance, as they are the ones which form the major chunk of the examination.
Now, the backup should be what is your second interest in life after SSC (government job). Make an appropriate choice, according to your strengths and weaknesses.

Hello,
Yes, indeed earning a foreign degree from any country is always going to help you to be a global citizen. Canada is one of the leading countries with world class education system and also provides permanent residency options in their country if you may need to stay back. Hi,
Applicants after completing class 12th or equivalent exams are eligible for it.
But, why do you want to leave your BE and get into drama? Leaving BE in between and joining a Bachelors in drama will impact your career and you will have to re-start your career again. Think carefully and then take a decision.
