IMS BHU Varanasi and AIIMS New Delhi are popular options among candidates aspiring to puruse a BSc in Nursing. Both the institutes have an affordable fee structure as compared to the private institutions offering the course. Candidates willing to pursue a BSc (Nursing) at IMS BHU must clear the required NEET UG cut-off depending on their reservation category. The cut-off is released in the form of the closing ranks at which the admission is granted during various rounds of counselling. The cut-off for OBC-category candidates is slightly less competitive as compared to the General-category candidates. To apply for BSc Nursing at IMS BHU, aspirants are required to apply for the NEET UG entrance exam. It is usually conducted in May. The application process for the same is conducted between  February and March every year. In 2025, NTA released the NEET 2025 notification, information bulletin and NEET 2025 application form on February 7, 2025. The last date to submit the filled up application form was March 7, 2025 (11.50 PM).
