Yes it is possible that other than banks you may also get placed in credit rating agency like ICRA, or auditing and advisory like KPMG, Deloitte or even in software like TCS, Wipro or in payment systems like in NPCI. Check the website www.nibmindia.org for full placement and profiles offered.

Dear student,
Yes, you can do job in private sector but you should enhance your education like M.Com or MBA in finance. Through that, you can get good job profile and salary too. But banking sector for good profile, they choose students from MBA field directly through campus placement from reputed colleges.
All the best.

You can take up BBA/MBA, B.Com, or shorter term courses in Banking & Finance offered by various colleges. Banking as a sector has various roles in customer relationship management, front-end and back-end operations, sales, investments, treasury, marketing, etc. in verticals likes retail banking, HNI banking, corporate banking and investment banking. Depending on the role and vertical, you can align your courses/electives of study further and go deeper there.

Post graduation diploma is a degree whereas CFP is a certification. A degree holds better value. CFP won't term you as a post-graduation. Choose wisely.

Wealth Management is basically sales of the products. Do not get by the fancy name. If you're good at speaking and can handle targets, go for it.
