Yes, you can do post graduation diploma in banking and finance after BBA. Eligibility to do this program is 10+2+3.

Banking is a career that offers opportunities to students from all streams, be it humanities, commerce or science. However, to make a career in banking, you must be good at analyzing numbers, that is, your mathematics must be strong enough to interpret and analyse numerical data. You must be prepared for the Banking Entrance Exams and for the interviews that follow these entrance examinations.
After 10+2 you can make banking as you career. You can do graduation taking banking as a specialisation. After that you can sit for Bank PO exams or go ahead with higher education-

Engineers, agricultural scientists, home economists, chemists, lawyers, language specialists can enter banking through the special category intake.
Foreign and Private banks recruit bright candidates from the parent organization on the basis of merit or campus selections are made at reputed management institutes. MBA/ Masters in Finance Control/ CA/ Certified Analysts course/ Business Economics/ Public Relations /Law are preferred qualifications for Multinational and Private Banks.

As per your query you may opt for finance as your specialization, as after pursuing this course you may look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and financial institutions.
You may get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate finance and international finance.
Once you complete your B.com you may work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA in finance as it will further enhance your career prospects.

Once you complete a selective professional course in banking, you will immediately be offered a position as a banking sales officer with the private banks. Of course, your technical skills and basic communication skills do matter in the process.

The position of a Probationary Officer (PO) is one of the most coveted in bank jobs – because it offers good compensation, job security and is well-respected in society. Bank PO exam is a professional-level entrance exam through which banks induct eligible graduates for jobs on probation for a period of two years.
