Yes, you are eligible for food production course. I suggest you to go for 1 year certification course in Food Production.
1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, European etc. The course is specialisation course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council. The Hotel School offers this course to you in its 3 campuses which are in Delhi, Haldwani and Pithoragarh. After completing the course, The Hotel School provides job assistance to its students in good category hotels, some of the hotels are:
1. IBIS
2. Radisson

The admissions have been based on the JEE exam. So, Maths will come in the exam. Most of them offer B.Sc in hotel and travel although for BBA it is not required. Visit these links nchm.nic.in

Criteria to get the admission in this college is Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification from a recognized educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (general) and 45% (SC/ST) at the 10+2 level.

English is a mandatory subject to have an English medium 10+2 cerificate. Also, the medium of communication at college is English.
