there are a lot. pg like diploma pgdbm a popular management diploma or MBA in selected specialization can be done in two years. you can appear for it companies In mis Dept or kpo Dept after cracking entrance. local govt, state govt n central govt.jobs are also available if u work hard for competitive exams.

Doing Job is not necessary however it adds value to your profile and increases your chances at admission
Few good colleges require Job experience depending on mba programmes
Hence if you can you should do job for 2 years which is sufficient enough
