12+ 3 year education can certified you that you are matured to do job. All depends up on your development. You have to prove your capacity to complete a work and according you will reward. Experience require for your subject. My BBA graduate friends have started from 5000 INR/month onwards and now getting 50000 to 150000 p/m after 10 years of experience.

Hi,
BBA would require a pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. Along with this the other mandatory thing would be an enterprising college because if you want a successful career with a great income you would definitely go for an MBA. This combination would land you with the best of jobs only if the college from where you pursue your BBA is a real good one.
We need to decide wisely for a college wisely as this will give us a lifetime support and not just a degree.
