Hi Jyoti. The main objective of BBA is to train the students so that they can gain knowledge of administration and implement the same into the businesses so that they run smoothly. BBA graduates have an edge and this is the reason that they are preferred more into the corporate world as compared to the BMS graduates. you have to apply for BBA through https://campus.unipune.ac.in/CCEP/Login.aspx
after that you have clear an entrance exam for final admission

MBA can be done by any student who scored minimum 50% of marks at Graduation level in any disciplines. The MBA admissions are based on management entrance exams scores like CAT CMAT XAT MAT etc. So if you have BBA degree with minimum 50% of marks and any entrance test scores as mentioned above than can be eligible for MBA programme. 12th pass students are not eligible for MBA however the can be eligible for Integrated MBA courses offers by various Colleges.

You did BBA in English hons. ? How? Moreover, you can easily get a job after BBA given you've completed it from a decent college. I would suggest you go for an MBA to boost your resume.
