B.Com courses provide to two different career fields. The first, B.Com is general accounting while BMS is dedicated course for management. To get to know which one suits a student the better, we compare both in terms of the course exposure, study focus, subjects, and career prospects etc. , of these two. Hello,Frankly speaking these three disciplines are entirely different and comparing them is really tough. But let me attempt. Perhaps nursing is the most sought after course. Employment is almost guaranteed. There is plenty of scope to even go abroad. Engineering is the most talked about discipline but as per report of HRD ministry, almost 50% fresh graduates could not get the jobs. BBA is perhaps best after nursing. One can get employment in any industry or business after graduation. One can go in for MBA also. Best wishes to you.

Both the fields are poles apart. If you talk about BBA, then it is related to management after doing BBA you can go for MBA. If we talk about Nursing then it comes into medical field. Growth factor is much high BBA than Nursing. You even changes of going to abroad if you do MBA. Money you will be earning will depend upon your skill set. So, go the way where you think you can do justice to the Occupation and to yourself.
