MBA has become an essential criteria as it teaches you the nuances of a business structure. I think MBA after B.Tech is much better to add to your skill which will inculcate in you varied skills. The concepts of BCA are easier for students having done their 10+2 in Science subjects while for others, BBA is better. Both BBA and BCAare launch pads for graduate level degrees and open the doors for great careers in many industries.

After failing in Maths (and even after 3 years of GAP), it's actually very difficult in get in Astro related degree. However, what you can do is to take admission in any college (may be private) in B.Sc. Physics (If you are in age limit). After B.Sc. Go for M.Sc in Astronomy Specializations.
