Yes, considering the total BBA fee of around INR 2.34–2.55 Lakh and average placements of over INR 6 LPA (for management students in 2024), the ROI is strong, especially with top recruiters like IBM, Deloitte, and TCS. Compared to SRM Ramapuram or Kattankulathur, Vadapalani offers modern infrastructure, located in central Chennai.

Yes, SRM IST Vadapalani offers BBA in two shifts: Regular (120 seats) and Afternoon (60 seats). Both shifts follow the same curriculum and faculty standards, but the timing differs to accommodate more students. Though the curriculum taught in both the courses do not differ.

To continue enjoying the benefits of SRM IST scholarships, BBA students need to maintain a minimum CGPA and also make sure they don't have any backlogs or arrears in any semester. If these conditions are not met, the scholarship may get revoked in the following semester. Fees already paid will be adjusted after scholarship approval.

When comparing SRM IST Vadapalani BBA with campuses like Ramapuram or Kattankulathur, consider the following:

  • Faculty to student ratio and specialisation availability

  • Placement records and average salary packages

  • Campus infrastructure and hostel facilities

  • Industry exposure

  • Scholarships and affordability
It's important to note that this comparison is overall and not course-specific, but still gives good insight into choosing the right SRM campus for BBA.
