Admission to the BBA programme at DTU is subject to a merit list drawn on the basis of scores obtained by the students in best of four subjects of Class 12. Students, however, must have completed their Class 12 with 50% aggregate (with English as a subject) to be eligible for the course. Additionally, those appearing in the final exams of their Class 12 can also apply provided they can submit the proof of eligibility as per the date set by the university. Hence, yes, it is possible to get into DTU with 85% in Class 12 provided a student is shortlisted while creation of the merit list.

IP University is one of the decent options for BBA provided the student is pursuing it from one of the top colleges under GGSIPU (or IP University). Considering the fact that IPU is older and the reputation it has built for its BBA programme over the years, it can be taken as a better option out of the two. However, BBA from DTU has its own advantages, DTU is a public University and has a brand value of its own. Students must also do a quick comparison of the fee charged by both the universities and the average salary offered to the BBA passouts of IP University and DTU and then take a decision. Both these institutes are decent options for BBA in all the aspects, such as its placements and fee structure. But most students choose DTU over NSUT because of the huge campus and big crowd. In the field of Management, DTU offers three year BBA via the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME). Divided into six semesters of six months each, admission to BBA programme offered by DTU is based on merit scores obtained by the students in the best of four subjects in Class 12. Yes, Siva Sivani Degree College does offer management quota seats for the BBA course. To get the management quota seats. the institute follows the rules and regulations according to Osmania University. Moreover, the number of seats assigned or percentage is not mentioned on the official website of the college.
