Maharaja Ganga Singh University offers BBA through its affiliated colleges. The placement data may vary across the affiliated colleges. As of now, the overall placement data on MGSU Bikaner BBA placements is not available. However, as per the university's AQAR report 2021-22, the highest salary package offered across all courses at the university was INR 5.71 LPA.

MGSU Bikaner has not yet released the schedule for BBA admissions for the academic year 2025-26. Based on the previous years' trends, the admission process is expected to commence in March or April. The last date to apply for various UG and PG-level courses at the university usually falls in July and the admission is finalised in August. For the latest admission schedule, aspirants must visit the university's official website frequently.

Every year, MGSU Bikaner releases the admission schedule for various courses on its official website. As of now, the BBA admission schedule for the current academic year has not been released. However, as the eligibility and selection criteria for BBA course at MGSU Bikaner are based on the Class 12 results of the applicants, the university is expected to start the seat alloacation process only after the Class 12 results of various boards are released, which is usually around May every year.
