You can't really think of doing BBA without math. No doubt the BBA degree focuses more on business management and administration, the mathematical concepts of algebra, calculus, statistics and financial mathematics are all important for a strong analytical and problem solving mindset.

Maths is very important for finance, accounting, economics and operations management, the very core of BBA. So, it is important for you to have a strong mathematical base to study BBA.

There are a many different programmes that are designed on similar lines like that of BBA, but have a different names. Some such programme names are Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS),  Bachelor of Financial Investment and Analysis (BFIA),  Bachelor of Business Economics (BBE),  etc.

Integrated Programme in Management or IPM is another name for BBA, wherein the programme is of five years duration and basically is the integration of BBA and MBA. The course duration of BBA is three years and that of the MBA is two years, making the total duration to be five years.

BBA full form is Bachelor in Business Administration. BBA courses provide information and training in business management and administration by instilling managerial and entrepreneurial abilities in management aspirants from any discipline such as Science, Commerce or Arts.

Students can pursue course at either a public or a private college. BBA degrees are often designed so that students learn business management and leadership abilities from outset.

BBA or Bachelors of Business Administration is an undergraduate degree course offered to students after Class 12. For students who wish to build a career in the management field, BBA is a good option to opt for. Admission to BBA programme can be given on the basis of merit or entrance tests.

Earlier, only a few private schools and universities provided this course; however, due to the high demand for the course and its promise, nearly every major institution in India now provides BBA. As a result, it is now a lot more accessible. Companies actively seek BBA graduates and offer excellent pay and benefits.

Minimum 60% aggregate score in Competency and Vocational Courses (MCVC) from any Govt approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject. The selection process for the programme is based on MIT-WPU CET Entrance Exam 2024 & Personal Interaction (PI) score.For Maharashtra state domicile candidates, admissions are done on the basis of rank in & MHT-CET & and/or score in & JEE Main through MIT-WPU Counselling. For Outside Maharashtra state candidates, MIT WPU Direct Admissions are done on the basis of scores in JEE Main through MIT-WPU Counselling

Yes,  Science candidates can apply for BMS courses. BMS courses typically cover a range of business-related subjects such as Economics, Accounting,  Marketing, organizational behaviour,  Economics,6 etc. While the primary focus of your previous studies might have been on subjects like Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, many universities welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds.

In My opinion, The choice is totally on your career goals, personal interests and the job market in your area. 

BMS course can give you a strong foundation in business and management and it may be sufficient for some entry level positions in some industries but MBA on the other side is often seen as very much valuable degree for advancing career and it can also open doors of opportunities for higher positions and increased your salary.

It is very much important to consider your long term career goals and carefully weigh the benefits of each path before making your decision.

BMS is more focused on providing a comprehensive understanding of management principles that are marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and leadership skills.

If you're passionate about technology, programming, and the technical aspects of computers, then BCA will be a better fit for you. If you're more towards management, leadership, and business world, then BMS will be best choice for you.
