Yes, besides the tuition fee of INR 7,500 for the BBA at DDE Pondicherry University, students need to pay additional charges such as Registration & Processing Fee (INR 200), Matriculation Fee (INR 25), University Development Fund (INR 1,000), and Study Material & Handling Charges (INR 1,250). These fees cover administrative costs and study materials required for the course.

GITAM BBA fees may contain several fee components including tuition fee, hostel fee, examination fee, one-time payments and other fees. The total tuition fee for BBA at GITAM is INR 1.8 Lacs and the hostel fees can vary between INR 70,000 - INR 1 Lacs per year. Fees regarding other fee components has not been disclosed by GITAM. To be eligible for the DDE Pondicherry University BBA programme, students must have successfully completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognised board. Meeting the requirements ensures applicants are prepared for undergraduate-level management  studies.

DDE Pondicherry University BBA programme is spread over three years and divided into six semesters. Students are given a max of six years to complete the course. This flexible timeline allows learners to manage their studies at their own speed without losing the chance to earn their undergraduate degree in management .

The seats allotted to candidates applying for GITAM BBA courses are allotted after the candidates have cleared the personal interview round. Candidates who score appropriate ranks in the GITAM GAT entrance exam are the only ones who are called for the personal intervie round. Once a seat has been allotted to the candidates, they are required to pay the admission fees for GITAM BBA courses to confirm it.

In 2025, there are around 180 seats available a GITAM. These seats are alloted to candidates who manage to clear both the GITAM GAT entrance exam as well as the personal interview round. To confirm the seat allotment at GITAM, candidates must pay the admission fees for GITAMN BBA course. The admission fee may include the first instalment of tuition fee at GITAM for the BBA course. 

To gain admissions into GITAM BBA course, candidates need to register for the GITAM GAT entrance exam and clear it with an appropriate rank. Candidates are also required to fulfill the eligibility criteria for BBA admission at GITAM. Once the candidates have cleared the GITAM GAT entrance exam. Candidates will be called for a personal interview round. If the candidates clear the interview round, they get seat allotment for BBA course at GITAM.

The admission fee for BBA courses at GITAM is currently unknown. Generally, the admission fee for the BBA courses is the first instalment of the tuition fee payable by a student. The first instalment of tuition fee at GITAM is INR 60,000. Thus, candidates can expect the admission fee to be somewhere around the aforementioned figure.

The last date to apply for the GAT registrations in the year 2025 was 5th June 2025. The candidates were allowed to submit applications for BBA admissions since December 2024. Candidates who registered themselves for the exam within this period will be able to appear for the GITAM GAT entrance exam for BBA admisions. Candidates will then be called for a personal interview after that.
