It depends where abroad you are planning to study. NIT is among the best in India for technical studies. And if you are going abroad you have to see if it's a good college. You can compare and then decide.

There are many avenues after BCA I.e. Cloud Computing, Programing & Development, Mobile application development, Project Management, Web Design etc. However, considering the current and future scope below are few courses are for you. Cloud Computing (AWS, AZURE or GCP) Big Data DBA (Oracle, MS SQL) NO SQL (Mongo DB) Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning IOT Web Development IT Security IT Networking Virtualization (VMware, Citrix).

1 Do an MCA (which I recommend not to) which is a 3 years course again. The curriculum is almost as same as BCA course so you end up studying same things that you studied in BCA. Plus placement for MCA are not that great these days. So many colleges are shutting down their MCA department due to very low demand. Overall BCA+MCA options is dying in India due to less acceptance from IT companies or a very low package.
2 Get into job oriented courses like Wipro WASE program. It's a 4-year program (on the job) which offer M.Tech in software engineering degree at the end of 4 years by BITS, Pilani (Wip

So, you are confused between if you can go to the ISRO or any space science after BCA, then let me clarify you that you cannot go just after BCA. The reasons are following:
(1) Indian Space Research Organization is the only organization in India which conducts all its space program. To enter in ISRO, you must have at least M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. ISRO does not hire the candidates who are only graduates. And if they do then it's a very rare case. So, no chance to get admission there.
