In my opinion If u r doing BCA u will save 1 crucial year of ur life.
Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.
Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u.
U can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C+ and JAV

Pursuing MBA is a good option after any course but it depends on your ambitions in life. It depends on your ambitions in life. If you want to get into management roles then go for MBA but if want to go in technical roles then go for MCA.

Hi Renu
Speaking frankly neither of these courses have good scope . . Doing Btech(IT/CS) would be more preferable. But if you still want a comparative answer among BCA and BscIT then BCA have better scope. . however scope in these courses also depends on your hard work ,college reputation, percentage , and communication skills etc .
Regards

Database is one of the basis or foundation for any applications or developing any data-intensive applications. Today as you can hear and see savvy's talking about tomorrow's predictions like Bigdata, Hadoop, datawarehouse, Analytics etc., which are data centric. Any certified or trained courses from Oracle, Mysql, MS-SQL can certainly get you a winning career track to start with as a Database administrator, PL/SQL developer etc and then grow bigger.
