Dear Divya,
After the completing of BCA, you may appear for various entrance exams conducted by different institutes or universities and pursue post graduation in mass communication. You can also choose a specialization, which interests you more and enrol for the course.

MBA and MCA are two different courses with entirely different approach. If you want to study management go for MBA and if you want to continue with the computer related technology go for MCA

Deepak, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). Abhishek, in case you've been good in programming then go for IT. If you've not been good then take a relook at your career and move to something else like networking or maybe even design for instance. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Story
