Yes you can go foreign after completing your Bachelor or master. But if you have 16 year of education, then I will suggest you to do SAP certification which is globally recognized. In Whichever country you will go, you will get 5 figure salary package in dollar after doing SAP certification.

If you neither have the interest in programming nor want to do MBA, then you can look for courses like designing or mass communication.

You can surely apply for software engineering jobs after MCA from a recognized university. If you want to do M.Tech. in computer science field then you can do it after completion of MCA. You can't apply for M.Tech. just after BCA. Almost all major software companies do recruit MCA for the post of software executives which is offered to B.Tech. graduates.
You will have to apply off campus because most companies don't recruit MCA on campus. You can apply in TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc all major companies.
The eligibility criteria for the job in these companies is general throughout 60% academics i.e. 60% in 10th,12th,Graduation and Post Grad

Soft skills comprise of communication, work ethics, adaptability, critical, intra-personal, interpersonal skills etc. and it requires confidence, a smart image and negotiating skills to be that. After BCA, you may take short term courses from reputed institutes like IITs offers and start your career. Its mainly an inherent ability that will help you to be a successful trainer.
