Hi,
Easy or tough depends from person to person. A course which may seem easy for me may not be for you, so you have to know your own aptitude first and decide. You may check PG Diploma courses, go through the following courses and see if you can find anything interesting. You have a three year degree course which will also not be accepted widely:

B.Ed is not required for lecturer job in colleges. You just need a Post Graduation degree with good academic record to get job in private colleges. If you are looking for Government college lecturer job then you have to clear exams like UGC-NET/SLET.
B.Ed is only necessary for getting teaching job in schools. Hence, don't worry if you don't have B.Ed qualification. If you have Post Graduation then you can apply for job in various private colleges directly for interview. You have to clear interview for getting the job. If you have aim of getting a Government University lecturer job then be prepared for exams like UGC NET or SLET.

It completely depend upon the career you want, to be very specific I am talking about career and not job!
If you want to have a career in the field that you are already in, depending upon your area of interest, you should surely go for MCA or MSW.
When it comes to MBA, MBA is more about the lifestyle than anything specific, it is a generalized course that teaches you to work hard and survive in the corporate in the sector. Your specialisation will decide your specific sector.
You being from computer background can surely go for operations.
