BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. You may get junior developer or Application support jobs. If there are no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA before seeking a job in IT industry. MCA graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Sc IT grads for Application development and Maintenance jobs.

The most feasible option I see for you is that after you complete your BCA and then you can do another 1-year course from an open university like IGNOU, which should complete your quota of 16 years. After that you can pursue an MS from a university in Canada.
