B.Tech is more attractive to employers that a BCA. Before you will do your MCA, your B.Tech will be completed and thereafter, a job cannot be claimed.

Both are based on your choices. It depends on individual interest. If there is a conflict between BCA and B.Tech, then my suggestion would be to go for B.Tech in IT because it is more popular and there is more chances of grabbing better opportunities.

BCA through correspondence won't help you much in the long run, I would advise that you should go for regular BCA as it holds more value as compared to the correspondence BCA.

Career scope after BCA
Job prospects are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS etc. But the scope is not limited to the IT companies. Dear,
With this CGPA, it will be difficult to get admission in India and abroad. For further education in regular mode, you need to improve your CGPA in upcoming semester or year examination or ask your college for improvement process.
If you cross 55-60%, you can think of a good university abroad and in an Indian universities as well.
