Yes, you can study M.Sc in Computer Science after BCA. The eligibility is either B.Sc IT, BCA or B.Tech in either CS ECE, IE or IT or even B.Sc in Physics and Electronics can get enrolled in M.Sc Computer Science. Good luck.

No, it won't affect at all because the basics that you will need will be taught in the 1st semester itself. Studying in PUC will give u an edge as u will have experience over the topics, but if you haven't studied CS or IP doesn't affect much as I had also experienced such situation during my B.Tech in CSE as I also had Bio in my PU exams. You can go for BCA after class 12th, if you have computer as one of the subject, where if you have studied C+ Java beside my SQL etc., then the course will be easy else you'll struggle.
