Hi,Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any relevant discipline to become eligible to get admission in these courses. Admission is given on the basis of the merit in the qualifying examination. For more details information you can see below link

Yes, you can get selected in BCA college on the basis of NCC as there is 10% quota for sports students in almost all the colleges, but there also many students line up for the same advantage.
