Hello Keyur,
BCA will give exposure to basics of Software Application development. You will be able to get application software developer or tester job in Small and Medium IT companies. Large IT companies prefers B.Tech CSE graduates over BCA. After 3 to 4 years of experience BCA graduates are able to move to large IT companies.

You can pursue PGDM/MBA after BCA for sure but choose a country as per your financial, cultural preference and ROI. It is better to have some work experience before applying to universities abroad. You need to appear for GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS to get into the universities in USA, UK, etc.

If you have scored 52 percent marks in class 12th (science) then you should opt for BCA or BBA. After completing BBA or BCA, you can easily apply for a government job or get placed in a good firm. You can even pursue MBA after completing BCA or BBA.
