Yes you can go foreign after completing your Bachelor or master. But if you have 16 year of education, then I will suggest you to do SAP certification which is globally recognized. In Whichever country you will go, you will get 5 figure salary package in dollar after doing SAP certification.

You are eligible for MBA after BCA. If you want a job in IT sector after MBA and want to remain an IT professional MBA IT will be a good option. You can also evaluate MBA Marketing.
