Students looking forward to study at Oakland University in Rochester should know that in Jan the temperatures can drop to an average of -9 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees celsius in July. Moreover it can snow in the month of January as well. Meanwhile summers tend to be warm with occasional thunderstorms.
