If you can get admission in a good engineering college then your first option should be B.Tech CSE over BCA because job opportunities and scope is higher in B.Tech CSE in comparison to BCA.

Both courses are similar but if you pursuing BCA+MCA then it will be equal to B.Tech computer science engineering, but according to my suggestion, you should choose B.Tech in CSE as it will save one year of yours.
