Dear Ayush,
There is no BCA degree abroad and not in MIT either. Please be aware that BCA is a degree only awarded by Indian universities. You will BS degrees in Computer Sciences and related field. To study BS degree in one of the toughest schools MIT you must not only have excellent academic grades but must also have an all-rounder profile. Extracurricular activities, etc. must be there. You must also take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. A score of 1400 in SAT is recommended.

BE and B.Tech has much higher level with vast scope as compared to BCA. BCA is a simple graduation while B.Tech is an engineering course.

There are several reasons:
1. KIIT is a private university and dream of Mr Samanta who hails from a very poor family. When nobody was ready to take the land on the area of Bhubaneswar, he took the challenge and developed the whole area. Cost of setting infrastructure is very high. Being a private university it does not get any grants from UGC or MHRD
2. KISS is another arm of Dr. Achyuta Samanta where 25000+ tribal children get free education upto PhD level free of cost including their food and accommodation, naturally, the cost is covered by paid students of KIIT.
3. KIIT does not make any profit in fact it is under almost 300 crore def

KIIT ranked 49 nationally and Christ ranked 160+ in NIRF ranking of 2017 as there is no ranking of BCA college check it based on precious placement fee, ROI time etc.
