Not cracking JEE Mains is not the end of the road. You still have following options available with you:
(a) Engineering from state or private colleges
(b) BCA
(c) B.Sc IT/CS
(d) B.Sc Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Statistics
(e) B.Arch
f) BBA, BMS, BBE, etc.
(g) Five-year integrated law
(h) NDA
(I) SCRA
(j) Merchant Navy
(k) Fashion Designing
(l) Hotel Management
You can also change your stream to commerce, economics, humanities, etc. You may choose any based on your interest to excel in the professional career. BCA may be a better option in comparison to generic B.Sc.

Hi,
The important thing which would concern various IT companies when they visit for placements would be how well you are with your fundamentals. By fundamentals, the needle is pointed towards your current BCA course. How much you had scored in your previous classes would be of less concern compared to what you are currently doing. You should focus hard on your current course, try to learn extra languages if possible with additional supplements of certified company courses.
