BCA

Generally, any student, regardless of his study background can get into a BCA course. Some colleges do segregate according to Maths and Non Maths students, as some colleges do give admissions to the students having Maths as a class 12th subject. But, being a Science Biology student won't make a student, at least in the admission process. Keeping in mind that you have a science Biology background. And, BCA is a computer oriented course, you will or might face some problems that the students of commerce/computer and science/CS students do not face.
Having prior knowledge of computer is an advantage for the CS students, as the first month of college will be very easy for them. But, for a non-computer background, it is important to be regular cover up the topics. Also, one has to keep interest in computer technologies and updates.
So, ultimately anyone can do a BCA course. You just have to be regular in the starting, as it will be new for you.

FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure are not much expensive in comparison of others private colleges but it is a little expensive for many. Admission fees is around Rs. 60,000/- and the semester fee is around Rs.42,000/- for B.Tech. Admission fee and semester fee are different for different departments

PLACEMENT WING
The placement in the college is quite good for IT students as a lot of IT companies come for placements, TCS being the major mass recruiter. Other companies include Amazon, Microsoft and many others. So if you are talented, you can get a good placement in any of these, although for the core branches, the core companies are quite limited and the ones which come take only a few students, so there is a very strong competition. The average package of the college lies around 4.0 Lacs per annum but you can get more or less package depending on your talent and other factors. The lowest package being offered to the last year batch was 3.2 Lacs per annum and the highest was 10 Lacs per annum by Microsoft. Overall, the placement percentage of students was around 85%.

Applications for the various courses in Humanities, Commerce, BCA and Sciences are to be submitted online (www.sxca.edu.in) by the end of May every year. The cost of application form for each specialisation can be paid only through NET banking, debit/credit card. Kindly read the instruction given on website before filling the online form. Candidates are expected to come to the institute for onsite verification of documents on the allotted date. Admissions are granted based on merit. Merit list will be displayed on the notice board and selected candidates are expected to pay the fees within the dates mentioned.
