BBD will give you a better exposure during the course but I would suggest you to research about the placement facility of both the colleges and choose accordingly.

Lucknow is not the best place for doing BCA but it's not bad too. Some good colleges for the same are:
Lucknow University
Amity
BBD
SRMU
Modern Academy

BCA is a 3-year undergraduate program having a maximum intake capacity of 60 students. The eligibility criteria for the admission is 60%. A student can pursue this program after passing class 12 Board Examination with Math/Computer. Techno India University is having both sponsored quota and management quota.

Higher your qualification and credential, better will be the opportunities. What job will you seek with just a level certificate? But that does not mean a degree will guarantee you a job. You first decide what kind of job you want to do in future, and whether you want to be a computer programmer or entrepreneur.

Yes, you can study B.Sc IT. BCA is a professional undergraduate degree course, and B.Sc IT is an academic one. Both have better opportunity.
