When it comes to clinical practice abroad it gets tricky. Indian BDS degree is not accepted in the USA or Canada. You need to complete DDS over there after NBD part 1 and part 2 is completed (like an entrance exam).

To pursue your course in BDS you have to give the following exams:
AIIMS
NEET UG
JIPMER
These three exams are held in India for medical college entrance MBBS BDS.
Qualify the exams with a high score above 470 and you will definitely get your admission in one of the renowned colleges of your state (private).Score 550 above and you might get admission into a government MBBS or BDS college.
Cheaper than private colleges scoring is out of 720 in NEET UG exams.
It's a great course and requires great knowledge and memory power for more information about BDS course and detailed information about this course put another question.

If you're pursuing BDS, it may become difficult for you to manage time. First and foremost thing, therefore, is to manage time so that the preparation, as well as your current studies, are not compromised. Apart from this, you can follow these suggestions:
1. Don't skip the newspaper of any single day.
2. Read all the NCERTs from class 6th to class 10th holistically and the NCERTs of class 11th and 12th selectively.
3. Maintain notes and regularly revise them.
