Yes as long as you fulfil additional requirements, you can sit for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) test after earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Gujarat University.


Educational Requirement: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university including your BDS degree in order to be considered by MPSC.
Domicile: To apply for benefits under the reserved category, you must possess a Maharashtra domicile certificate. Candidates from outside the country may apply under the open category.
Age Requirements: Generally, general candidates must be between the ages of 19 and 38; however, reserved groups may be exempt.
Proficiency in Marathi: Reading, writing, and speaking the language are required.

Yes, you can appear for the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) and MPSC (Maharashtra Public Service Commission) exams with a 12th and Diploma qualification. However, these exams typically require a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. 
The basic requirement for giving the UPSC exam is graduation, and your marks don't matter. You can give the exam in your final year. 
You can apply for the civil services examination if you fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a graduate in any discipline
• You must have the age between 21 to 32 years 
• The applicant must have completed his/her graduation in any stream from recognised State or central university approved by UGC
