You should consult with the admission authorities of your institute whether you will be allowed to change your institute to another after completing 3 years of your course. If you have a good academic record, you may be permitted to do so. However, it is better you block a seat in the institute where you want to transfer to, before switching.

You can easily get BDS in private medical colleges. But, sorry there are low chances of you getting an MBBS seat. If you don't want to do BDS, you can try for Ayurveda or Homeopathy courses in which you can again take admission via NEET. Otherwise, try to score more the next time.

Eligibility of the Bachelor of Dental Science [BDS]:
For BDS course, the minimum eligibility criteria is mentioned below.
Passing senior secondary examination with an aggregate score of 50% marks from a recognized board or equivalent examination is must.
It is required to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects in class 12th.
The admissions are taken by conducting entrance tests. The candidates with their senior secondary examination results awaited can apply for this course.
