No, Queen’s University Belfast is a public research university located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. It was established in 1845. If we talk about the origins of the University, we find that it started with three Queen's Colleges (in Cork, Galway, and Belfast). It was in 1908 when the three Queen's Colleges and the Royal University were dissolved. These were replaced by Queen's University of Belfast and the National University of Ireland. Since then, the University has come a long to provide world-class research and high-quality education.

The popular programs offered at Queen’s University Belfast are MIM, MS, MBA / PGDM, BBA, B.E. / B.Tech, etc. These courses are offered by 15 schools that have been grouped under three faculties. Some of the popular courses include Accounting, Actuarial Science, Advanced Food Safety, Aerospace Engineering, Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics, Business Analytics, Business Economics, Business for Agri-Food and Rural Enterprise, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry, just to name a few.

Either IELTS or TOEFL is compulsory if you are planning to study abroad, particularly the countries you mentioned. You may still write to the universities and see if they can waive it off based on your scores. Otherwise check for English language pathway programs , please check with the universities about such courses.
