At Bharat Group of Institutions, the results of the semester exams are typically released a month after the exams are over. Results for classes such as D.PED, B.PED, BE, and BBA were released in 2024 between October 4 and November 14. But dates may change as per academic schedule of the years and courses respectively.

In 2024, the cutoff marks for Bharat Group of Institutions in B.Tech, the closing ranks for the General category ranged from 10,000 to 20,000 in the first round of counseling. The cutoffs vary from course to course. The cut off marks for 2025 has not yet been released by the institution.

Bharat group of institution is great infrastructure wise. They have in campus Wi-Fi, laboratories, digital classrooms and hostel facilities. But if we talk about faculty, there are mixed feelings. While some professors are really knowledgeable and experienced, some professors seem inexperienced and not that equipped with the knowledge of the subject. Placement is average, clubs and societies are also there.

The quality of food served at the hostel mess in Bharat Group of Institutions is generally good and healthy. It was said that the cooking area remains hygienic and there is average quality food with various items.
