Hi Prateek,
Centurion University, Bhubaneswar is a good university and stands average at placements. College has a good record for campus. Approximately around 300 students get jobs from on campus with good salaries. Companies offered Minimum of 3.1 lakhs per annum which is good for freshers. It is rated 6/10 on couselling forums.
All the best.

As per the placement, IMIS and DBS are in the same boat. As per the infrastructure, DBS is slightly better than IMIS but the fees is very less in IMIS as compared to DBS i.e. 2 lacs for IMIS and 6.5 lacs for DBS (PGDM).

First of all my advice to you is don't drop out because drop is not a solution at all. You've scored very well in NATA and even in boards also.
Apply for top colleges who know your luck shines and you get admitted in the top college of architecture.
Apply for top colleges first and then go for average.
All the best for your bright future.
Good luck!
