What is RIE CEE?
NCERT conducts a common entrance exam for admission to its teacher education programmes at Prarambh and the Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) in Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Mysuru and Shillong. The complete list of institutes is given below.

RIE CEE exam is conducted by NCERT for candidates who wish to get admission in BSc BEd, BA BEd, and MSc BEd, BEd-MEd, and MA Education Technology. The examination is conducted in July on behalf of 7 regional institute of education in different parts of the county.

Yes, there is a negative marking in the RIE Exam. 0.5 will be deducted for every wrong answer.
