Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology most often provide about 18 seats for the M.E. in Big Data Analytics course. This number can be altered by the other admission policies of the college and changes in the regulations recommended by the government. The college also has other reasons that include category reservations and annual intake limits that may affect the allocation of the seats. However, any details relating to the availability of seats in this programme and the admission procedure in general should be sought from the college admission office .

An MBA in Data Analytics focuses specifically on data analysis, statistical methods and data-driven decision-making while a general MBA covers broader business concepts without a specific emphasis on data. The specialised programme prepares graduates for the roles that requires strong analytical skills in addition to business acumen.
