For data analytics, you can check Singapore, Ireland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and so on. It is hard to get a job in Singapore, UK and also in USA nowadays. Canada and Australia have very good student-friendly policies. Ireland has good market data analytics. You can also check country-wise skilled occupation list on their immigration websites to give you an idea about the job market, check the job portals too. Check university websites for entry requirements and fees and apply.

Where do you want to apply? Did you choose any university? Did you check the university specific admission requirements? I would like to mention that for a majority of the MS programmes, the IELTS requirement is 6.5. You have to check this with the university while applying. Your CGPA is also alright but not very competitive. So, carefully check all the requirements and apply.
