Hi Gopal,
The Bihar polytechnic selection test is regularly known as Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE). The BCECE board conducts DCECE exam consistently in the month of May for the admission to different polytechnic streams like polytechnic designing (PE), polytechnic non-building (PNE).
Result of Bihar Polytechnic will be announced in the last week of June 2016.

The exam is not state board specific, rules are same for students for any board.
Apart from Govt.institutions even the private ones also participate in CCB. Some private ones also offer you admission directly on basis of JEE score without CCB. Some even offe

It is very dificult to secure a seat with that score.Your board marks in particular is very low, if it were 89-92% you would've had a chance.
