LPU generally provides broader campus facilities, industry exposure, structured placement support and higher placement records for Diploma students. Many companies recruit from there and it may offer more modern labs and extracurricular opportunities.
Overall, LPU tends to be better for exposure and placements, while Thapar Polytechnic is good for a traditional Polytechnic environment and lower fees.

Yes, you can appear for the 12th improvement examination even while pursing your Polytechnic course . the education boards allow students to reppear for improvement exams to enhance their marks, and it does not affect your current Polytechnic studies . you just need to ensure that your exam date do not clash with your Polytechnic semester exams or practicals . also makes sure to apply for the improvement exam through your respective board within the spacifiied registration period. improving your 12th marks can be beneficial for future admission, degree programs, or better placement opportunity after Polytechnic.
