If you want to get admission to the BTech Biotechnology course, you should have at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM/PCB/PCMB subjects in Class 12 board exams. Also, you should give relevant entrance exams and score very good marks. A lot of colleges also give admission on the basis of Class 12 merit where they release merit cutoff lists and often take GD or PI rounds to give you seat for the course at the college. So, you should get excellent marks in Class 12 as the cutoffs are usually high.

Hello Aspirant, To be eligible for a B.E. in Biotechnology at Chandigarh University, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with at least 50% marks.
- Have passed 10+2 with Physics as a compulsory subject.
- Have passed 10+2 with any two of the following subjects:Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology/Mathematics.
- Chandigarh University admissions to all UG, PG, and integrated programs are done via CUCET. The admission process begins with applying for the CUCET exam.

Yes, you are eligible. But entering into Biotechnology after a graduation degree in Botany you need to go through a rigorous course comprising different subjects like Immunology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc. along with new lab techniques. You can try for exams like GAT-B/IIT JAM if eligible for MSc Biotechnology programs with fellowships.

To be eligible for Biotechnology programme at KBN University, you'll need to meet the following things:
- Educational Background: An Bachelor’s degree in; biological sciences, physics, food science, nursing, pharmacy or any other related field (link unavailable).
- Minimum Marks: Min BGPA 50% from undergraduate degree.
- Special Considerations: 45% in compute aggregate for ST/SC/OBC categories.
- Final-Year Students: Conditionally qualified, but must write final examinations before being admitted.
