To apply for M.Sc. Biotechnology at Fergusson College, Pune, you must have a B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology or a related subject  like Nanoscience/ Nanotechnology with at least 55% marks. If you want to get admission to the BTech Biotechnology course, you should have at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM/PCB/PCMB subjects in Class 12 board exams. Also, you should give relevant entrance exams and score very good marks. A lot of colleges also give admission on the basis of Class 12 merit where they release merit cutoff lists and often take GD or PI rounds to give you seat for the course at the college. So, you should get excellent marks in Class 12 as the cutoffs are usually high.
