Requirements
These vary between study programs and levels. For each course, Indian students will need to meet a minimum English language requirement. Along with that a minimum academic record of 65% and above for humanities stream in class XII, and 70 - 80% and above for Science/Commerce stream in class XII will also be required. Foundations and Diploma programs are available for students who have secured below 60%. The student should have completed 18 years of age before joining a degree program.
It is important to note that these numbers are just for reference purpose, the actual numbers may differ from university to university.

Hi Sushma,
Both biotechnology and allied health sciences are different programs and so cannot be compared. Please research more on the programs and branches and also the career roles. Check resources like Wikipedia for details. While allied health professions are healthcare professions who may be dental hygienists, sonographers, dietitians, medical technologists, etc. Biotechnology deals with cellular and biomolecular processes and related technologies. Which course you should pursue is something you must know or figure out based on your career interests and aptitude.

Sorry but you have missed the deadline of application. Admission in B.Tech in Jamia is based upon JEE Mains rank.
If you have given JEE Mains exam and got a decent rank under 30000, then only you will get admission into it.
