Biotechnology engineers are much in demand though u can get a handsome salary if Your performance in the college is good.Recent stats say that you can get starting salary ranging 20k-35k per month.If u belong to a top govt college then the data may improve.

Yes you can do! Amity University gives B.Tech even if you have PCB I myself got selected there! don't worry about it. . go try your luck!

usually ECE is better than CSE and IT in the point of placement and jobs.
