Admissions for the B.Arch course in BIT Mesra are done on the basis of performance in JEE Mains Paper 2. The required CRL ranking, based on last year's trends, could be between 3000-7000 (General), 15,000-22000 (SC) and 12,000 to 21,000 (ST).

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Mathematics and Computing is:
Pass in Class 12th / equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and having at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Based on last year's ranking cut off, there is a good probability of you getting into Production Engineering, EEE, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Plastics and Polymer), Mechanical Engineering or Biotechnology branches at BIT Mesra.
You may also try for other branches at our BIT Patna, BIT Deoghar and BIT Jaipur campuses.

The course offered by BIT Mesra is M.Sc (Math and Computing) not B.Sc (Math and Computing), however, exit option is available after 3 years.
