BIT Mesra Hostels are considered to be good. According to student's reviews, its spacious, well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Each hostel has its own mess hall which are run by the students themselves. BIT mesra hostels also have common areas that students can use.

Typically, BIT Mesra rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, and a bookshelf. There is a common bathroom on each floor. The food is affordable and have a wide variety of options available including, vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Indian and continental cuisine.
