Since you are working, it is one of the options. It may not carry the same weight as a regular M.Tech but would be an added qualification.

BITS Pilani is Tier I engineering college equivalent to legacy IITs. I will recommend that you opt for BITS Pilani for an excellent career and growth opportunities.

Bits pilani EEE would b best option for u.
iit delhi textile technology is completely different branch and few students get high salary placement in textile engineering.
the diff is just of IIT tag that u will get in textile engineering
Bits pilani is a famous institute in india.everything about bits pilani is best.if u go for eee u will definetly grab a good pay package.eee is an evrgreen branch.

Experience is not must.At 85 percentile you will get call but conversion is in your hand.
